1 c. Karo syrup, white
1 c. white sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. peanut butter
7 c. Special K cereal
2 c. chocolate chips

Cook syrup, sugar and butter until it boils, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add peanut butter. Stir until completely smooth. Pour over 7 cups Special K and mix in large bowl. Press into 9 x 13 pan. Melt chocolate chips and spread over mixture.
