Put 6 cups Special K in a 9x13 inch buttered cake pan. In a saucepan, put 1 cup brown sugar, 1 cup Karo syrup and bring to a hard boil. Remove from heat and add 1 cup peanut butter; mix well. Pour over Special K and mix well in pan. Pat down. Melt 1 cup chocolate chips. Add 2 tablespoons peanut butter. Mix and spread over cereal.
