RUTH'S BUTTERSCOTCH CRISPIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1 (8 oz.) pkg. butterscotch drops

Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Add dry ingredients and beat. Add oatmeal and butterscotch bits. Stir. Chill a bit in refrigerator. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
