CHINESE SALAD 
1 lg. head lettuce
6 green onions, chopped
2 pkgs. Ramen noodles (do not use flavor packet)
1 pkg. slivered almonds
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1/2 - 1 stick butter melted in a frying pan

Refrigerate a day ahead lettuce and onions. Brown in pan noodles (crushed), almonds and seeds with butter.

DRESSING:

Mix together:

1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. soy sauce

20 minutes before serving mix all ingredients together.
