HOT TAMALES 
3 lbs. ground meat
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. red pepper
6 tsp. salt
1 (3 oz.) chili powder
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. cornmeal
4 onions
1/2 c. water
Tamale paper for 8 dozen

Put all in food processor: onions, garlic powder, red pepper, salt, chili powder, 1 tomato sauce and 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup cornmeal. Soak paper in water to soften, mix by hand. Ground meat, roll in cornmeal. Cover with boiling water and 1 ounce chili powder and 1 can tomato sauce. Cook 2 hours on low fire.
