ICE CREAM BALLS 
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Cup cake paper holders
2 tbsp. sugar
8 long graham crackers, crushed
Vanilla ice cream

Let ice cream soften some. Make balls with ice cream scoop. Mix all ingredients except ice cream. Roll ice cream balls in cracker mixture and put in paper holders. Put in freezer and remove 10 minutes before serving. A good dessert to make for preparing ahead.
