BRAUNSCHWEIGER BALL 
8 oz. braunschweiger
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. dried onions (soak in water)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper

Mix all ingredients well. Form into ball and let set in refrigerator overnight. Two hours before serving, ice with icing and decorate with sliced green or black olives.

ICING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Enough milk to make icing consistency, about 2 tbsp.
