WORLD'S MOST DELICIOUS COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. light brown sugar
1 egg
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. regular oats
1 c. crushed corn flakes
3 1/2 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream together butter and sugars; add eggs and mix well. Add remaining ingredients one at a time except pecans. Mix until combined. Stir in pecans. Form dough into balls the size of walnut. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten out with fork. Bake at 325 for 10-12 minutes or until lightly brown; do not over cook. Allow to cool a few minutes before removing from pan. Sprinkle with sugar if desired. Yield 6 dozen.
