1 c. butter
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt or less
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. chocolate chips

Cream sugar with butter. Add eggs and beat well. Add vegetable oil and beat again. Add remaining ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet, 350 degree oven.
