MACARONI AND CHEESE | |
1 (8 oz.) lg. elbow macaroni 4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed 4 oz. red rind cheese, cubed 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. salt 2 1/2 c. evaporated milk Melt butter. Take off heat. Stir in flour, salt, milk and cheese. Stir over low heat until cheese is melted. Prepare macaroni as directed on box. Pour cheese sauce over macaroni. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. |
