MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 lg. box macaroni, cooked
1 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated
6 eggs, beaten
4 1/2 c. evaporated milk

Drain and wash macaroni and put in baking dish. Mix salt and cheese together. Put over macaroni, keeping 1/2 cup for topping. Mix milk and eggs together and pour over macaroni. Sprinkle rest of cheese on top. Bake at 325 degrees until golden brown on top.
