CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked
1 bag coleslaw mix
1/2 c. toasted almonds
3-4 green onions, chopped
1 pkg. Top Ramen noodles (Oriental flavor), crunch into sm. pieces
3 tbsp. sesame seeds

DRESSING:

1/2 c. oil (1/4 c. sesame oil & 1/4 c. vegetable oil)
3 tbsp. rice vinegar (do not substitute)
Top Ramen season packet
3 tbsp. sugar

Cube chicken and brown in butter. Save drippings. Mix salad ingredients in large bowl (except Top Ramen season packet).

Dressing: Mix ingredients well until sugar and seasonings are dissolved into oil and vinegar mixture. Pour over salad and toss to coat.
