PIZZA DOUGH 
5 1/4 c. water, 110 degrees
2/3 c. powdered milk
3 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. oil
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
10-12 c. flour

Put water and powdered milk into bowl. Sprinkle yeast on top. Let sit for a few minutes. Add oil, sugar, salt and stir. Add flour (8 cups) all at once and mix well. Add enough flour so dough is not too sticky. I use a dough hook on my mixer. Place in well greased (oiled) bowl and let rise 1 hour. Makes 3 extra extra large pizzas.
