APPLE STRUDLE 
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar
4 to 5 tbsp. melted butter
2/3 c. warm milk
3 c. flour (about)

Add all the ingredients to the flour and work until dough is flexible. Set into a bowl which can be set into a bigger bowl of hot water. Cover and let set about 45 minutes. Take out and work with your hands and stretch on big floured cup towel (can be rolled with rolling pin) and stretch until thin. Sprinkle with melted butter and then add the flavoring.

6 apples, sliced
1 c. chopped pecans
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1 c. crushed flakes

Sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll and put on big greased pan. Grease top with melted butter and sprinkle with 1/2 cup of the sugar on top. Bake about 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until done.
