GOULASH 
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 1/2 c. macaroni, cooked & drained
1 can tomato soup
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Onion
Kidney beans (opt.)
Mushrooms (opt.)
Salt & Pepper

Brown ground beef, onion and salt and pepper. Add soup and tomato sauce. Simmer 15 minutes. Add to macaroni, heat and enjoy.
