GOURMET GOULASH | |
1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1/2 head cauliflower, flowerets 2 carrots, sliced 1/2 onion, sliced 3 stalks celery, sliced 10 mushrooms, sliced 1/2 c. bean sprouts 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 can Golden mushroom soup 1 tomato, sliced 1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated Brown ground beef. Add vegetables (except tomato), seasonings and soup; simmer 20 minutes. Add tomato and cheese. Serve as soon as cheese melts. Serves 4. |
