PEANUT BUTTER CUPS 
1 lb. chocolate almond bark
2 c. creamy peanut butter

Melt above over hot water. Keep warm throughout.

FILLING:

1 c. crunchy peanut butter
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Using small paper cups, cover bottom with chocolate mixture, add a dab of filling and cover with melted mixture. They set up quickly and freeze well.
