KOREAN SALAD 
2 lb. fresh spinach
1 lb. can bean sprouts
1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
2 hard cooked eggs, grated
8 slices bacon fried crisp

Combine above items and pour dressing over all. Chill before serving.

DRESSING:

1 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1/3 c. catsup
2/3 c. sugar
1 med. onion, grated
