FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 cans fruit cocktail (No. 303)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. chopped walnuts

Sift together flour, sugar, salt and soda. Into this, blend eggs, fruit cocktail and vanilla. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

Mix together brown sugar and walnuts and spread over top.

Bake at 325°F for 45 to 60 minutes. Top each serving with Cool Whip.
