FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
2 eggs, beaten well
1 large can fruit cocktail and juice
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs and add fruit cocktail. Mix flour, soda, sugar and vanilla. Add to the egg mixture. Pour in a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar (optional).

Bake 45 minutes at 350°F or until done.

Topping:

1 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Pet milk

Bring to a boil and add coconut. Pour on top of cake.
