FRENCH TOAST 
2 pieces Texas Toast (Dillons)
1 lg. egg, scrambled
Small skillet
1 tbsp. or more oil
Powdered sugar
Lite syrup

Preheat skillet, dip toast in egg, place in skillet and brown toast on both sides. Remove to plate, sprinkle on powdered sugar and add syrup. Serve with glass of orange juice.
