GUIDO'S DOUBLE DIP FRENCH TOAST 
1 loaf day(s) old Italian/French bread sliced diagonally, thick slices
4 jumbo eggs, beat in bowl
1 qt. lowfat milk, pour in bowl
Cinnamon, nutmeg (optional)
Butter for skillet

Heat skillet with enough butter melted to cover surface.

Use spatula (to prevent breakage) to place one slice of bread in milk, turn over to wet bread completely.

Transfer fully soaked bread slice to bowl containing egg mixture. Soak one side giving mixture time to penetrate, turn over and repeat.

Transfer prepared bread slice to heated skillet. Repeat preparation process for remaining slices.

When slices are lightly to medium crusted remove from skillet, re-butter surface and return slices to cook on other side.

Refill bowl with milk as needed until egg mixture is used.
