1 1/2 c. spoon size Shredded Wheat
2 1/2 c. pretzels (sticks or sm. twists)
2 c. nuts
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
1/2 c. butter
2 c. butterscotch chips

Melt peanut butter, butter and chips in double boiler or microwave. Do not get too hot. Pour over dry ingredients, stir well until coated. Pour on wax paper to cool.
