CHICKEN - RICE VEGETABLE
CASSEROLE
 
3 to 4 c. cooked chicken
2 c. cooked rice
10 oz. cooked mixed vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (3 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions

Combine all ingredients in a 2 or 3 quart greased casserole dish. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. For extra taste, cover with grated cheddar cheese.
