BLACK BOTTOM CUPS 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine cream cheese, egg, 1/3 cup sugar, 1/8 teaspoon salt and chocolate chips; set aside. Combine flour, cocoa, salt, sugar and soda. Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Beat until well mixed. Fill muffin cups 1/3-1/2 full of chocolate batter. Top with heaping teaspoons of cheese mixture. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
