EILEEN'S DIP 
1 pkg. cream cheese, room temp.
1 tbsp. chopped pepper (finely)
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
3 3/4 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
3 oz. pecans, chopped finely
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

Prepare day before using 2 ounces of nuts. Refrigerate. Next day shape into ball and cover with remaining nuts.
