LEMON CREAM CHEESE PIE 
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
4 tbsp. lemon juice

Beat cream cheese with mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in condensed milk and lemon juice, one tablespoon at a time (use more or less to taste). Pour into pie crust and chill several hours until firm.

Variation: Use vanilla wafer crust.
