CHINESE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. cashew nuts
1 can geisha bread
1 can albacore tuna
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can sliced mushrooms, don't drain
1 can bamboo shoots
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles (save 1/2 for top)
1 c. sliced celery
3 green onions, chopped
1/3 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together and put in a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with remainder of noodles. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
