CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 boxes Rice-A-Roni chicken flavor
1 box frozen broccoli
1 to 1 1/2 lb. chicken
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. Best Foods mayonnaise
1 whole fresh lemon
1 lb. any flavor cheese

Cook Rice-A-Roni; follow directions on package. Set aside and cool. Cook broccoli and drain. Can use fresh broccoli, if desired. Boil chicken until well done, cool, debone, cut in small pieces.

In medium bowl, combine 2 cans mushroom soup (no water or milk). Squeeze whole lemon (remove seeds) and 1/2 cup mayonnaise. Put in bowl to refrigerate.

Into oblong pan, first layer rice, second layer broccoli, third layer chicken, fourth layer soup mixture, then fifth layer, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Do not cover.
