BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked rice
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1/2 c. diced celery, saute in 1 stick butter
1 onion, saute in 1 stick of butter
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1 can mushrooms, sliced
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 sm. pkgs. frozen broccoli

Mix rice, Cheez Whiz, and the sauteed celery and onions. Add sliced mushrooms and soup (undiluted). Thaw frozen broccoli and fold into rice mixture. Top with bread crumbs. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Very good with meat added, such as chicken.
