BEER-CHEESE SOUP 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
3 cans chicken broth
1 (16 oz.) Cheez Whiz
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
6 oz. beer
1/2 tsp. yellow food coloring
1/2 c. chives
1 1/2 c. cream or evaporated milk

Melt butter and gradually add flour with wooden spoon. Stir until smooth. With slotted spoon gradually add broth and heat until thick and smooth. Add Cheez Whiz and remaining ingredients. Keep heat low, do not boil. Serve topped with popped popcorn.
