CHICKEN KIEV 
2/3 c. butter
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. salt
2 chicken breasts, split
1/2 c. dry white wine
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. chopped parsley

In heavy 2 quart saucepan, melt butter. Meanwhile, on piece of wax paper, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, garlic salt, and salt. Dip chicken breasts in melted butter then roll in crumbs to coat. Place in ungreased baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown. Pour wine into remainder of melted butter, add onion and parsley. When chicken is golden brown, pour butter sauce mixture over chicken. Return to oven for 5-10 minutes more or until sauce is hot.
