COUNTRY STYLE CHICKEN KIEV 
2/3 c. butter
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil leaves
1 tsp. oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. salt
2 chicken breasts, split (boned & skinned if preferred)
1/4 c. dry white wine or apple juice
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. chopped parsley

Melt butter in saucepan. Meanwhile on a piece of wax paper combine bread crumbs, cheese, basil, oregano, garlic salt and salt. Dip chicken breasts in melted butter, then roll in crumbs to coat. Place skin side up in ungreased 9" baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.

Meanwhile, add wine, green onions and parsley to remaining butter. When the chicken is done, pour butter sauce mixture around and over the chicken. Return to oven for 4 to 5 minutes. Serve with sauce spooned over.
