COUNTRY STYLE CHICKEN KIEV 
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. salt
2 whole chicken breasts, split
2/3 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. white wine or apple juice
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. chopped parsley

Combine first 6 ingredients. Dip chicken in butter. (Set remaining butter aside). Roll in crumbs. Place skin side up in shallow pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 50-60 minutes. To left-over butter add remaining ingredients. Pour over baked chicken. Bake 2 or 3 minutes more. Serves 4.
