CRANBERRY-ORANGE RELISH 
2 med. oranges
1 lb. cranberries
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Peel and section oranges, reserve peel of 1 orange. Remove as much of white membrane from rind as possible. Grind orange sections, orange peel and cranberries, using coarse blade of food chopper. Stir in sugar and nuts. Chill. Makes 3 1/2 cups.
