CHINESE DISH 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, sliced
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Dash black pepper
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can water
1 med. can bean sprouts
1 lg. can Chinese noodles

Brown ground beef in butter. Add all other ingredients except Chinese noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle Chinese noodles on top and bake an additional 20 minutes.
