CHINESE DISH 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 lg. onion
1 c. diced celery
1 can mushroom soup
2 c. water
1/2 c. raw rice
2 or 3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. water chestnuts
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 can chow mein noodles

Brown ground chuck, onion, and celery in 2 tablespoons of fat. Add remaining ingredients, except noodles. Cook 1 hour at 350 degrees in covered dish. Add chow mein noodles and heat.

Serve with a green salad and warm bread.
