TUNA - CHINESE NOODLE HOT DISH 
1 can tuna
1 can mushroom soup
1 (5 oz. or larger) Chinese noodles
1 c. diced onion
1 c. diced celery
1/2 green pepper, diced
Milk
1 c. grated cheese

Saute onion, celery, and green pepper in 1/4 cup butter. Add tuna and soup; mix well. Add noodles; mix well. Fill soup can with milk and pour over. Bake in microwave over 10 minutes. Stir. Bake 5 minutes more until bubbly. Add 1 cup grated cheese on top. Bake until melted.

If using conventional oven, bake 30 minutes until bubbly; add cheese and bake until melted at 350 degrees.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
