CORN AND GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 can French style green beans, drained
1 can shoe peg corn, drained
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream

Mix first 3 ingredients together and pour into baking dish. Mix last 3 ingredients and pour over first mixture.

TOPPING:

3/4 stick butter, melted
1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
Slivered or sliced almonds, OPTIONAL

Layer on top and bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8 to 10.
