CORN-GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE | |
1 lg. can whole kernel corn 1 lg. can French style green beans 1 c. celery soup 1 (8 oz.) box sour cream 1 can sliced water chestnuts (drained) 8 oz. grated cheese 1 sm. onion, minced (optional) Drain beans and corn well and put in casserole dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour on top. Crumble Ritz crackers on top and add 1/2 cup melted butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. |
