BEEF STROGENOUGH 
2 lbs. round steak, cubed into pieces
Onion
Clove of garlic
12 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c. Vermouth
1 1/2 c. water
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
Carrots

Brown steak, onion and garlic. Add remaining ingredients except carrots. Cook low until tender or pressure cook 40 minutes. Let pressure drop; add sliced carrots and pressure cook 10 more minutes. When carrots are tender, add 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream. Thicken with cornstarch if desired. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
