HOMEMADE BEEF STEW 
1 1/2 lbs. beef for stew
1 (15 oz.) can sliced carrots
A-1 sauce
Worcestershire sauce
7 or 8 Irish potatoes

Pare boil stew in open pan until all the skim is gone. Then wash meat. Put in pressure cooker. Cover with water and pressure for 25 or 30 minutes. Cook diced potatoes until done. Drain can of carrots; add to potatoes just before they finish cooking. When stew is done, add potatoes and carrots to meat. Add A-1 sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
