BEEF AND NOODLES | |
1 1/2 pounds stew beef 1 reg. pkg. egg noodles 1/2 bottle Heinz 57 sauce salt and pepper Cut stew beef into 1-inch cubes. Brown in butter. When browned add water to cover meat. Cook in pressure cooker for 20 minutes at 10 pounds pressure. Release steam and you can either crush fine the stew beef or leave it in cubes. Add 1/2 bottle of 57 sauce (more if you like spicy food). Cook egg noodles according to package directions and drain. Thicken sauce with flour and water to get a gravy. Pour over noodles or mix it all together. It is good served with a salad and garlic bread. Serving Size: 4 |
