BEER CHEESE DIP (Seven Seas) 
1 lb. extra sharp cheddar
1 lb. colby or mild cheddar
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1/4 c. buttermilk dressing
1 1/4 tsp. mustard
Pinch cayenne pepper
3/4 c. beer

Grate cheeses and garlic. Combine Worcestershire, dressing, mustard and cayenne. Beat with mixer and add enough beer to be spreadable consistency. Refrigerate covered. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
