2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 bunches scallions/chives, chopped
3 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese (you can use 1/3 less fat, it still tastes great)
1 pkg. dry ranch dressing (HIDDEN VALLEY®)
1/2 (12 oz.) bottle beer (any kind)
1 bag pretzels (or your favorite dipping snack)

Mix together in a bowl. Serve with pretzels. Enjoy!

Tip: Letting the cream cheese soften for 1/2 an hour before using will make mixing easier!
