BROCCOLI CORNBREAD 
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
8 oz. grated sharp cheese
1 stick butter, melted
Onion powder to taste
4 eggs

Defrost broccoli and drain well in colander. Beat 4 eggs and add to cornbread mix, then add other ingredients. Bake in 9 inch square pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
