BREAKFAST BEFORE | |
1 lb. pork sausage or bacon 6 eggs 2 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 2 slices bread, cubed (or enough to cover bottom of dish) 1 c. grated cheese Cook sausage or bacon; drain. Beat eggs with milk and salt. Layer the bread cubes, sausage or bacon and cheese in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Pour egg mixture on top. Refrigerate overnight or a couple of hours before cooking. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6-8. |
