BREAKFAST BEFORE 
1 lb. ground sausage
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
2 slices bread (or enough to cover bottom of dish), cubed
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese (sharp)

Saute sausage, drain well. Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard. Layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese in a 9x13 baking dish. Pour egg mixture over the top. DO NOT stir. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. (Be sure to remove dish from refrigerator a little while before baking.)
