2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 stick butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 c. water
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk

Mix flour, sugar and soda. Boil butter, cocoa, oil and water. Stir frequently. Pour over dry ingredients. Add eggs and buttermilk. Mix well. Pour into 13x9 greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
8 tbsp. canned evaporated milk
1/4 c. cocoa
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
