CAESAR DRESSING 
2-3 cloves garlic
1-1/2 tsp. anchovy paste
1/4 - 1/2 C Parmesan cheese
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. pepper
1 C mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. olive oil
1/3 C white wine vinegar
seasoned rice vinegar mix--more for zip, less for mild

Use a 16 oz. mixing plastic jar with lid. Peel garlic, set aside. Mix lemon juice, anchovy paste, Worcestershire sauce and grated parmesan cheese. Add olive oil, pepper to taste, white wine vinegar and seasoned rice vinegar mix. Add mayonnaise. Press the garlic into the mixture. Put lid on and shake.

Great with Romaine salad, grilled chicken and croutons. Put on a large bowl and mix it up with the dressing. Enjoy.
